I really love when I plug headphones into my computer, Windows pops up a notification that covers up the volume control. So, it “knows” that I plugged in my headphones and then says “Hah! Bet you can’t find the volume control! I’m hiding it on you!”

After typing ‘benf101.tumblr’ into my URL field, Google searched for it. I suddenly noticed that Ben Forbes has linked to benf101.tumblr.com for me, all over his YouTube site! I don’t have any idea who this dude is, but he’s sending traffic to me, so maybe I should monetize this site with Google ads so that I make money. After all, I’m broke.

Recently I was told about the connection between low sarotonin levels and tinnitus, migraines, wheat allergies, and balance problems. I have suffered from a very weak stomach while spinning, traveling and reading, flying, and boating. I always thought the motion sickness symptoms felt similar to the wheat allergy headache. Now I know why.

I have been supplementing my sarotonin levels with 5htp for about a week. After just a week I am happy to report that I can spin in circles like a kid and not get sick. 5htp has cured my motion sickness.

This works by basically calming my inner ear. Next stop, a wheat filled snack. Oh, I hope!
